NWYS is forum for RAILS Youth Services Public librarians in the nearwest suburbs of Chicago, IL. It provides an open avenue for all Youth Services librarians and support staff toexchange and share ideas pertinent to programs, readers' advisory and to
promote cooperation between member public libraries.
